Quintrex MEYER Jockey Wheel Handle.

If you have a Quintrex/Stacer trailer and your jockey wheel looks like the one in the 2nd picture and has the brand MEHER stamped on it then this is your jockey wheel handle. It has a grub screw to hold it on to the shaft. The grub screw is opposite to the flat section in the head of the handle. Make sure you look at all the photos.
